The check-in desks for Ryanair's flights open 2 hours and close 40 minutes before the schedule departure time.
All passengers who do not comply with the check-in deadline will not be allowed to enter the aircraft.
They will be offered to change their reservation for a fee at the ticket desk at the airport.
Online Check - In
for passengers who made bookings before 21st May 2009
Passengers travelling with Ryanair may check-in online on www.ryanair.com
from 21 days up to 4 hours prior to flight departure. The boarding card
should be printed online from www.ryanair.com while making the reservation.
Passengers who declare online check-in and fail to present their printed online boarding pass
at airport security or at the departure gate will be required to check-in again
at the airport desk and will be charged an airport check-in fee of 168 PLN per person/per one way flight.
Online Check - In
for passengers who made bookings after 21st May 2009
Ryanair from Thursday 21st May onwards all new passenger bookings made including those travelling passengers travelling with infants are now required to check-in online and bring their printed boarding pass(es) to the airport.
All passengers must check-in online and bring their printed boarding to the airport for presentation at airport security and at the boarding gate.
Online check-in is available from 21 days up to 4 hours prior to scheduled flight departure.
(Once you have checked in online by the 4 hour deadline your boarding pass can be reprinted
up to 40 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure)
If you do not check-in online you will be required to pay the relevant fee to re-issue your boarding card at the airport.(168 PLN),
this fee is only available for purchase up to 40 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure
All passengers (including infants and passengers travelling on domestic flights) are required to hold a valid
passport or valid national identity card including Kindausweis and Certificato di Nascita. - (Driving Licences are NOT accepted)
All Non EEA/EU passengers MUST present their online boarding pass and passport at the Visa/Document Check Desk
(irrespective of their visa requirements) for validation BEFORE going through security or travel will be refused.
The Visa/Document Check Desk closes strictly 40 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure.
Passengers travelling with checked luggage will be required to present their online boarding pass and checked baggage at the airport bag drop desk at least 2 hour prior to departure (bag drop desks will close strictly 40 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure).
Ryanair no longer accept bookings for unaccompanied minors (under 16 years old).
Priority Boarding
Passengers may purchase Priority Boarding
when making their booking or at the airport for a fee of
21 PLN per person/per one way flight. Passengers entitled to Priority Boarding will be boarded onto the aircraft first.
Cabin baggage
One item of cabin baggage per person, weighing no more than 10kg and with maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm, may be carried into the aircraft cabin free of charge (due to security restrictions -
certain items cannot be carried in cabin baggage:click here).
Checked baggage
1. Each passenger is permitted to check in up to a maximum of 2 bags (up to 15kgs) subject to the payment
of the applicable checked baggage fees.
2. Checked baggage booked online is charged per bag/per one way flight at a discounted rate
of 63 PLN per one way flight.
If checked baggage fees are paid either at the airport or through a Ryanair call centre, the standard rate for first baggage is 147 PLN,
second registered baggage costs 294 PLN.

Any passenger exceeding their 15kg personal checked baggage allowance will be charged the prevailing fee on the day of travel.
3. The excess baggage fee is currently at the rate of 84 PLN per kilo.
4. No pooling or sharing of baggage allowances is permitted, even within a party travelling on the same reservation.
